Privacy policy

We collect no personal data. We do not store your questions. We use no analytics, tracking or advertising tools, and we share nothing with third parties for those purposes.

When you send a question, it travels to our server, is passed to the artificial intelligence service that writes the answer, and is returned to you. Along that path it exists only in the server's working memory, for the length of the request — usually a few seconds.

Once the answer is finished, that memory is released. The question is not written to a database, not written to a file, and does not appear in the server logs, which record only the address requested and how long it took.

The artificial intelligence service is called with retention switched off, so the conversation is not kept on its side for training or later reference.

For the dialogue to make sense, each answer has to take into account what was already said. That history lives in your own browser's memory and is sent back with each new question only to give context to that one answer.

It is never written on the server. Closing the tab, reloading the page, tapping “new conversation” or switching languages makes it disappear. That is why a conversation cannot be retrieved later: it exists nowhere else.

We use three cookies, all strictly functional and none capable of identifying you: the language you chose, the light or dark theme, and a random session identifier.

The session identifier is not linked to anything about you. It only counts how many questions were asked in the session and helps prevent abusive automated use, which protects the service and keeps access free. There are no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.

To stop automated programs from draining the service, we count requests per network origin. The network address is turned into an irreversible code before any use and lives only in the process's memory, for a few minutes.

We do not keep network addresses on disk and we do not tie them to anything you have written.

Beside each answer there is a pair of buttons for saying whether it helped. If you use them, we record only the vote, the language and the internal version of the system — enough to notice that something is going wrong and fix it.

Neither your question nor the answer travels with that vote. It cannot be used to reconstruct what was said.

The site is open to the world in the six languages available and makes no distinction by country. It is not directed at children, and no part of it asks for information that could identify anyone.
